ANTI-COLLISION SYSTEMS
An autonomous anti-collision system that prevents workplace accidents related to low-visibility areas, blind spots, moving forklifts, and other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) or cranes.
PEDESTRIAN SAFETY
ALIS protection system enhances pedestrian safety and actively protects pedestrians from collisions with forklifts in regular traffic areas, low-visibility zones, or crowded intersections.
The pedestrian is equipped with a personal warning bracelet that wirelessly communicates with the vehicle's system. The pedestrian is actively alerted to potential dangers through vibrations, acoustic signals, or opto-acoustic signals. When the pedestrian is in a hazardous situation, a predefined action is triggered (for example, automatic vehicle speed reduction, gate closure and magnetic locking, projection of a safety sign, or other desired safety actions).
-
Personal alert in different modes: bracelet, helmet, belt.
-
3 types of alerts: vibration, visual, acoustic, opto-acoustic.
-
Certified ATEX, IP 67.
-
Improving personal safety in hazardous areas.

VEHICLE / FORKLIFT SAFETY
According to OSHA, up to 70% of forklift accidents can be prevented through higher safety standards.
-
Slowdown in predefined areas
-
Slowdown near other vehicles
-
Slowdown when detecting the wearable bracelet
-
Electronic control in predefined zones
The ALIS protection system eliminates issues caused by blind spots and autonomously invokes predefined actions, such as automatic deceleration of MHE (Material Handling Equipment) when approaching other MHEs, pedestrians, or critical/frequent zones. The ALIS protection system is fully compatible with projectors. The safety symbol projection is triggered by vehicle movement. The system is designed for MHE manufacturers—fully electric vehicles and forklifts. It is transferable from one fleet to another.

-
Improving the level of safety in operational traffic near MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
-
Active alert for the forklift driver and the other involved party.
-
Autonomous deceleration, smooth speed adjustment in the vicinity of another MHE/pedestrian.
-
An efficient solution for areas with low visibility and blind spots.
THE POSSIBILITY OF DEFINING PREDEFINED ZONES

-
Defining and marking zones where vehicle speed needs to be reduced.
-
Control of these zones in an electronically assisted manner, based on a prior exploration pattern.
One of the most common places where forklift accidents occur is near warehouse doors, as operators do not allow sufficient time for the doors to open, causing collisions with the doors or other objects while passing through the area.
The ALIS protection system activates electronic devices, such as warehouse doors, gates, barriers, and LED projectors for safety symbol projection, etc.
To enhance safety during operation, the ALIS system provides the option to preset speed in predefined zones (indoor/outdoor). The forklift automatically slows down to a predefined maximum speed when moving within the area.
-
Avoiding collision when passing through industrial doors.
-
Use indoors/outdoors of the predefined area; use indoors/outdoors of the anti-collision system.
-
Saving costs and downtime periods, as well as reducing insurance costs.
-
Improving the safety level of individuals in hazardous areas.
SAFETY ANTI-COLLISION BAR

The barrier serves as a warning signal for a potential collision of vehicles (MHE) with automatic gates or other obstacles, referencing a specific height regime of the enclosure. The bar features LED lights and audible signaling, alerting the vehicle (MHE) driver about the load being too high.

THE GLOBAL ADVANTAGES OF THE UWB ANTI-COLLISION SYSTEM
-
Protection of Material Handling Equipment (MHE Forklifts) and Pedestrian Safety
-
Reduces critical situations and delays caused by forklift accidents.
-
Reduces the cost of workplace accidents (compensation, insurance, repair costs for property).
-
Reduces costs by avoiding absenteeism for employees involved in workplace accidents caused by forklifts.
-
Wireless communication between units without the need for visual contact.
-
Serious injuries total 34,900 accidents annually, with non-serious injuries related to forklift accidents reaching 61,800 each year.
-
According to OSHA, approximately 70% of forklift accidents could be prevented.
